Collection: Sewing Classes
Domestic Garment Technology is the practice of creating, altering, and mending clothing with one’s own skills and resources. Using hands and machines this practice returns the means of production to the individual, refining an old skill or introducing one that is entirely new.
Commencing mid-May The System will be offering a variety of sewing classes at its home studio within the Abbotsford Convent. Taught by designer Jack Hancock classes will cater to beginner and experienced sewers alike, with offerings available for single classes, workshops, and more extensive courses.
